My appraisal experience includes many years of on the job training & associated workplace experience. With increasing continuing education, as my business grows. Both my parents are highly experienced independent fee appraisers, (Park Ave / Beall Appraisals) and had previously built a small division of suburban homes in Montrose, CO. Both projects that I had been involved with over the years. My credentials include extensive personal education, as well as other practical working history relating to appraisal, homes & buildings, building materials, customer service, sales, inventory, mechanics, & tech. I'm in my mid 30's, and appreciate news, nature, mechanics, technology, and small business.
